Η ΟΥΝΕΣΚΟ θεωρεί τα ηπειρώτικα τραγούδια ως... αλβανικά

Χτυπήματα από παντού δέχεται η ελληνική ιστορική και πολιτιστική κληρονομιά, με αυτήν την φορά, η έκπληξη να έρχεται πάλι από τα βόρεια σύνορά μας, αλλά από την Αλβανία αυτήν την φορά.

Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα της εφημερίδας proinoslogos.gr, η ΟΥΝΕΣΚΟ θεωρεί ως αλβανική πολιτιστική κληρονομιά, το ηπειρώτικο πολυφωνικό τραγούδι. Ένα βασικό στοιχείο, που χαρακτηρίζει την πολυφωνική μουσική της Ηπείρου είναι η έκφραση του ιδιαίτερου κοινωνικού περιβάλλοντος. Το Ηπειρώτικο πολυφωνικό τραγούδι αποτελεί μια από τις πιο ενδιαφέρουσες μουσικές φόρμες στην ανατολική Μεσόγειο και στα Βαλκάνια, αλλά και στο παγκόσμιο ρεπερτόριο της λαϊκής πολυφωνίας.

Η καταγωγή αυτής της πολυφωνικής φόρμας, παρόλο που η έρευνα δεν έχει καταλήξει ακόμη σε βέβαια συμπεράσματα, πιθανά να ανάγεται σε πολύ παλιές (ίσως ακόμη και προελληνικές) εποχές. 
Οι μελωδίες των πολυφωνικών τραγουδιών (μαζί με ορισμένα ακόμη της Ηπείρου και της Θεσσαλίας) είναι οι μοναδικές στον ελλαδικό χώρο που έχουν διατηρήσει την ανημίτονη πεντατονική κλίμακα (κλίμακα που αποτελείται από πέντε νότες χωρίς ημιτόνια).

Η κλίμακα αυτή, σύμφωνα με κάποιους μουσικολόγους, ταυτίζεται με το δώριο τρόπο των αρχαίων Ελλήνων, την κατεξοχήν «ελληνική αρμονία». Δίπλα στην κλίμακά του, στοιχεία που συνηγορούν στην παλαιότατη καταγωγή του είδους αποτελούν ο φωνητικός, ομαδικός, ρητορικός και τροπικός του χαρακτήρας.

UNESCO vlerëson këngët Epiriote si ... shqiptare
Goditje nga kudo pranon trashëgimina historike dhe kulturore greke,  këtë herë,surpriza  të kthen përsëri nga kufijtë tanë veriorë, por nga Shqipëria  këtë herë.

Sipas gazetës proinoslogos.gr, UNESCO e konsideron trashëgiminë kulturore shqiptare, të kënduarit polifonik epirjot. Një element kyç që karakterizon muzikën polifonike tëEpirit është shprehje e ambientit specifik shoqëror. Kënga polifonik i Epirit përbën një nga format më interesante muzikore në Mesdheun lindor dhe Ballkanin, dhe repertorin global të polifonisë popullore.

Origjina e kësaj forme pluraliste, ndonëse hetimet ende nuk ka arritur konkluzione tësigurta, ndoshta shkon prapa në shumë kohë të vjetra (ndoshta edhe para-helen). Meloditë e këngëve polifonike (së bashku me disa më shumë  akoma në Epirit dhe në Thesali) janë unik në hapesirën Greke që kanë ruajtur shkallën e pentatonic animitoni (një shkallë të përbërë nga pesë tonet pa semitones).

Kjo shkallë, sipas disa musikantëve, identifikohet me mënyrën dorike se si grekët e lashtë, arritën në "harmoninë greke." Perballe  tek shkalla e tij, të dhëna që mbështesin origjinën shumë të vjetra të llojit perbëjnë vokalin, grupor, dhe karakteri retorik tropikal.

According to the newspaper proinoslogos.gr, UNESCO considers Albanian cultural heritage, the continental polyphonic singing. One key element that characterizes the polyphonic music of the continent is the expression of specific social environment. The polyphonic song of Epirus constitutes one of the most interesting musical forms in the eastern Mediterranean and the Balkans, and the global repertoire of folk polyphony. 

The origin of this plural form, although the investigation has not yet reached firm conclusions, probably goes back to very old (maybe even pre-Hellenic) seasons.The melodies of polyphonic songs (along with some more of Epirus and Thessaly) are unique in Greece that have preserved the animitoni pentatonic scale (a scale consisting of five tones without semitones). 

This scale, according to some musicologists, Dorio identified with the way the ancient Greeks, the literal "Greek harmony." Next to the bracket, which concurs in the very old origins of the species are vocal, group, and rhetorical tropical character.
